RIR Rooster- I've decided to use this rooster because he's the only sexually mature rooster I have at the moment and because he has red plumage coloring which will be needed to create the mahogany look.
I decided to use these mixed girls because my other hens are pretty standard and I love their mix of plumage color. I hope when I breed them their characteristics and color get passed on although, at the moment I'm not too focused on color and will try to improve egg production and feed to egg conversion ratio.
